When I walked into the Food Hall at Crockett Row– I immediately knew it was something special. The atmosphere alone was enough to sell tickets. The tables were neatly spread out in the main hall. Plus there was a really nice view of the streets through the large windows on the right side. And if you went towards the back of the hall there was another section complete with its own food vendor, and tables.

Next to the large windows was an old wooden piano where all the magic took place. I could not believe how much talent was in one building! The disciples really rocked that night, and glorified God with all their amazing talents. From yours truly (me); who had the honor of opening up the night with an amazing spoken word piece for the (Arts Music & Sports) talent show, to Allan’s surprise performance with Taylor Mogollon. It was all so incredible.

There were many hidden talents too- from Ruby & Mia’s singing, to Elikia’s hilarious dog show. Who could forget Chris McCune’s awesome rap song about God, and Tony’s original song which completely stole the show. The audience was completely stunned and entertained the whole night through, because there wasn’t a single bad performance. I could see it in their faces their breaths were truly taken away.

I was so happy to see all the talented musicians going all out with their instruments as well. From Kenan plucking his Bass during my piece, to Joe Rosenbaum playing the guitar and singing, to Tony who was doing his thing with his own guitar. Then there was Bob Luzolanu as the DJ, and Job Sterling is by far the best M.C we’ve ever had. I think the city of  Fort-Worth was filled with our energy by the time it was all over.

Most importantly however, are those from behind the scenes. The ones who put this whole thing together and made it happen. All the credit goes to Lobis Neal, Prisca Shaka, and Kristen Hulburt. They really went all out and made sure everything was top notch. We are truly blessed with some amazing disciples in the DWFICC church, and God was truly uplifted that night. I can’t wait to see what else we have in store. Amen. Please go follow our Instagram page DFWICC for updates on future events.
